Even on cool winter days the terrace has a special quality: the stillness of the marina and the gentle sound of the water always make the fresh air worth stepping out for.

Spacious, light and fully equipped

Inside, the houseboat is light and airy. The living room has large windows that bring the view indoors and is furnished with a comfortable seating area and a generous dining area with six chairs. The Smart TV is perfect for a relaxed evening whenever you feel like staying in. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a four-burner hob, dishwasher, combination microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle. In short, everything you need to prepare a leisurely meal together with a view of the water.

On the lower deck you will find three bedrooms, each furnished with two separate single beds. The beds are made up on arrival and bed linen is included, so you can relax straight away. The spacious bathroom has a separate shower, toilet and hairdryer. Also practical is the washer and dryer, ideal for longer stays. A separate toilet on the ground floor adds extra convenience. Parking is free within walking distance and pets are very welcome.

Uitgeest Marina is situated directly on the beautiful Alkmaar and Uitgeest lakes, one of the finest watersports areas in North Holland. Your holiday starts the moment you arrive.
