The absolute highlight of your stay is the private floating hot tub positioned right beside the houseboat on the water. While you enjoy the warm bubbling water, you'll gaze across the lake and surrounding nature. Start your day relaxed with the rising sun over the water or end your evening under a clear starry sky. Here, every moment feels like a holiday, whether in winter or summer.

Two terraces with stunning views

This houseboat features not one but two delightful outdoor spaces. On the spacious deck terrace at the water's edge, you'll enjoy life on Lake Mookerplas and can step directly into the water for a refreshing dip. The panoramic roof terrace offers spectacular views over the lake and green surroundings. It's the perfect spot to sunbathe, read a good book, or enjoy food and drinks together while watching the sunset.

Discovering your houseboat

Inside, you'll find a cozy living room with large windows that bring the outdoor experience indoors. From the comfortable seating and dining area, you'll enjoy water views all day long. The houseboat has two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a comfortable box spring bed measuring 160 x 200 cm and separate duvets, plus a second bedroom with bunk beds. Thanks to the sofa bed in the living room, there's also space for extra guests. A maximum of 4 adults and 2 children can stay here.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction cooktop, refrigerator, and Senseo coffee maker, ensuring you have all the conveniences you need. The modern bathroom features a glass shower cabin and hairdryer.

Comfortable waterside accommodation

Comfort hasn't been forgotten either. Air conditioning keeps things pleasant during warm summer days, while heating creates a cozy atmosphere when it gets cooler outside. With free wifi, you can easily share your best holiday memories or plan excursions in the area.

If you stay between April and November, you can use the washing machine and dryer in the marina (for a fee). If you bring your own boat, you can moor it directly at the houseboat (maximum 2.5 x 5 meters). Parking is available within walking distance, and thanks to the available luggage carts, you can easily transport your belongings to your accommodation.

Warm up wonderfully after a refreshing dip in Lake Mookerplas or an active day in nature in our luxury private cube sauna, available exclusively for rent at the marina. Feel how the beneficial warmth relaxes your body and lets all daily stress slip away. Whether you choose a summer sauna session after swimming or a lovely warming moment during cooler months, the sauna is the perfect complement to your stay and provides a wonderful wellness experience by the water.

Discover the diverse surroundings

Around Lake Mookerplas, there's something new to experience every day. Take a refreshing swim, cast a fishing line without needing a license, or explore the water with a luxury sloop, SUP, or kayak. From the water, you'll discover the most beautiful spots of this unique nature area.

There's plenty to do on land too. Explore the Mookerheide and Reichswald with an e-chopper or fat bike, or set out for a walk or bike ride through heathlands, forests, and rolling landscapes. In the tourist area of Mookerheide, you'll also find various cozy restaurants and terraces within walking distance, perfect for a relaxing lunch or dinner.

For a day of culture and shopping, Nijmegen is nearby, while the German border also invites fun excursions. Whether you choose adventure, nature, or relaxation, the area offers something for everyone. Back on your houseboat, you'll enjoy the water views and the feeling that you've truly escaped from it all.

Since you're staying directly on the water and can step into Lake Mookerplas from the terrace, we recommend that children have swimming certificates.
