Ultimate enjoyment in and on the water

Description
This beautiful Houseboat is in a woody area on the edge of the Mookerheide with a view of the Mookerplas. Enjoying a wonderful holiday is not a problem in this accommodation. With the same comforts as a fully furnished holiday home, this Houseboat is the ultimate experience on the water in both winter and summer.  

You can dive straight from the terrace (with swimming ladder) of your Houseboat into the clear lake for a swim or simply enjoy the beautiful view. This wonderful accommodation also has a roof terrace that you can reach via a staircase on the outside. You can relax on the sofas with a fantastic view over the lake. The roof terrace has artificial grass and a sun umbrella.

Accommodation
The living room has a comfortable couch and a table with a view at the shore through the large windows. The living room leads out onto the terrace with two comfortable sofas and a table for lounging by the water. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes a hob, coffee machine (Senseo), fridge and kettle. The house has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double box spring bed (160x200cm) with two single duvets and pillows. A bunk bed with two single beds (80x200cm) can be found in the second bedroom. The sofa bed in the living room offers extra sleeping places if there are more than 4 people staying in the accommodation. The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin, electric heater, hairdryer and shower cabin with sliding glass walls. The fully insulated Houseboat also has air conditioning and Wi-Fi and can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children. It is possible from April 1 to November 1 to use the washer and dryer in the adjacent Driesen Marina for a fee. In addition to the Houseboat, there is also room to bring your own boat of a maximum of 2.5 * 5. Parking is available in the nearby car park. It is a five-minute walk to the houseboat, and there are luggage trolleys available in the harbour.

Surrounding area
If you enjoy being on or in the water, nature walks or exploring the area,  then Marina Mookerplas is the perfect spot, both in summer and winter! Your own 'private lake' is right outside the door and you can even go fishing from your terrace (fishing license is not required). If you prefer sports, you can hire a kayak or SUP or go for a sail in a luxury sloop. Another handy feature is that you can always moor at your house. If you want to explore the area, you can easily reach the German border, and the lively city of Nijmegen is close too. Explore the surroundings on foot or hire a sturdy E-chopper with a suggested route to see even more of the area. A variety of restaurants and sights are within easy reach.
