The grassy area along the water's edge has a picnic table, a wonderful spot for a leisurely outdoor dinner or an evening drink in the setting sun. The lively village centre of Heeg is just a five-minute stroll away.

The living and dining area offers beautiful views over the marina and comes with a Smart TV for those moments when you want to relax indoors. The fully equipped kitchen has two electric hobs, a fridge with freezer compartment, a kettle and a Nespresso machine for the perfect start to your day.

The houseboat sleeps up to four people across two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a second bedroom with bunk beds. The beds are made up on arrival and bed linen and towels are included, so you can relax from the moment you arrive. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin and hairdryer. Free wifi is available throughout, making it easy to share your holiday photos or plan your next day out.

Underfloor heating makes the houseboat a wonderful retreat even during the cooler months. Parking is free within easy walking distance and pets are very welcome, so the whole family can enjoy this exceptional waterside stay.

The houseboat offers all the charm of staying on the water, but remains moored at a fixed berth during your stay. Since you are right at the water's edge and can easily reach the water from the terrace, we recommend that children are able to swim confidently.
